HotelSync allows connecting bed types so that the same room can be rented out in two different configurations - as a room with two separate single beds or as a room with one king-size bed.
To set this option, you need to open the Room Settings, then in the section where the beds are entered, enter the following configuration:
Enter the total number of beds: 3.
Choose a configuration of 2 Single beds and 1 King bed (or another desired type).
Select the Link beds option.
In this way, you connect the two configurations, so that the room can be displayed and rented out as a room with two twin beds or as a room with one king size bed, depending on the needs of the guest.
Choose which view will be preset when displayed. When making a reservation, the guest will be able to choose which bed setting he wants.
When the reservation is created, the bed preference can be seen in the overview itself in the room and extras section
And in the room editing window
The desired bed configuration is entered in the room note, and it will also be displayed on the household report.
Also, if desired, the bearing configuration can be changed later by moving the slider to the desired setting.
