An Out of Service (OOS) room is a room that is temporarily excluded from sale and availability at a property, most often due to technical issues, renovations, maintenance, or other reasons that make it unavailable for rental to guests.
The steps below explain how to properly place a room in Out of Service status, to prevent it from being sold or booked again for a defined period of time.
How to set room in the Out of service status?
To set a room to Out of Service (OOS) status, open the property calendar and find the desired room. Next to the room number, there is a broom icon.
Clicking on it opens a menu with available options, from which you need to select the black broom.
After that, a window for setting the OOS status will open, in which the necessary parameters and the period during which the room will not be available for sale are defined.
OOS status is removed by clicking the x icon
